The difference is that with shared hosting your website or emails are hosted on a server that also hosts websites or emails for other customers as well, whereas with dedicated hosting your website or emails will be hosted on a dedicated physical server that only hosts yoru website and emails and is not shared with any other customers. The benefit of shared hosting is becuase the resources are shared, the hosting costs are reduced.

Yes, of course you can! Our shared web hosting packages include the Control Web Panel software for an easy to use web interface to manage your website so you can upload your website files, database, etc. We can also assist you with migrating the site on your behalf as support is included.
Yes, our web hosting packages include free SSL certificates provided by Let's Encrypt. We also offer paid SSL certificates as an option as well, please contact us for a quote.
All our hosting packages include basic POP3/ IMAP email hosting, however we also offer Microsoft 365 Exchange Online emails at an additional cost as well. Please contact us for the latest pricing.
No, all our hosting packages are billed on a month to month basis so they can be cancelled at any time. However, please note as billing is typically done 1 month in arrears, you may only be invoiced the following month for the current billing period.
